out of 5 starsThere’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Driving over mid-week and spending an hour+ of his time just to help a non-customer was the singular gesture of a first-class person. It should tell you everything about the type of company he runs. Finished my 1400sq house within 3 days and all at a very reasonable price. The contractors of my new built home skipped out on a lot of drywall issues that Cav't fixed for free, as well as painting some of my trim for free as well to blend the look(I did not request trim paint). He cares about the job, the customer, the paint quality he uses and recommends and explains very thoroughly. I am blown away by his professionalism, energy, and talent him and his team brought forth to my home and project. They did an amazing job and finished really quickly...especially considering the recent record breaking temperatures and rainfall. The attention to detail and quality really stand out. Cav’t even took time out of his weekend to come out to my house and paint a “test sample” before the job began. He also fixed an area on one of my columns that was damaged years ago during a storm. Cav’t is prompt, pleasant, and a great worker who takes pride in his career and makes sure that both parties are fully satisfied with the end result. Cav’t and his team member ended up painting not only the top half of the walls that I couldn’t reach but the entire area and fixed any obvious imperfections in the drywall, as well.
